Friday February 20th, 2026
10am to 4pm
$80
In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn the basics of bookbinding and create three unique handmade journals. No prior experience needed – we’ll review the fundamentals before moving on to a handbound leather journal, a three-signature V-stitch journal, and a beautifully folded star album using bookboard, glue and creative folds.
Supplies required: There will be a kit fee of $20 to be collected at the beginning of the workshop.
Collage Landscapes with Silvina Lanusse
Friday March 27th, 2026
10am to 4pm
$80
This hands-on workshop invites participants of all levels to explore the art of collage landscapes through play, intuition, and discovery. We’ll begin with a short inspiration session and playful warm-up exercises to loosen up and connect with composition and texture. Then, participants will create their own collage landscapes, working with a curated kit of papers that includes some of my own hand-printed pieces. I’ll offer short demos, individualized guidance, and prompts that help each person express a sense of place rather than replicate it.
We’ll work on mixed media paper to encourage freedom and experimentation — though participants who prefer may bring a cradled board or canvas. For those using paper, I’ll also demonstrate how to mount the finished piece onto a board later. The workshop will end with a relaxed group reflection, celebrating the wide range of personal approaches that collage can hold — from bold and abstract…

Painting the human figure has never felt so accessible and rewarding

Come join a small group setting of 10 people for an “en plein air” day-long workshop adventure. All levels welcome.

Calm your inner critic… explore and push yourself into new ways of expression. Have fun but work hard…
LOCATION: We will begin in Studio 16, then move outside. (location to be announced closer to the date)
